Aditi Jain is the Founder & CEO of EKO Consulting, with over two decades of experience across higher education, internationalisation, CSR, skilling and workforce development. She works with universities, institutions and organisations to build meaningful global partnerships and create opportunities that deliver real impact.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Aditi advises institutions on international strategy, transnational education, student and faculty mobility, skilling and institutional development. She also mentors students and works with parents, helping young people make informed choices and prepare for their future.
Aditi has led the Directorate of International Relations & Higher Studies at SRM University, Andhra Pradesh, and established the Office of International Relations and Corporate Outreach at Bennett University, Greater Noida. She has also taught and served as a Professor of Practice and faculty member at institutions including NMIMS, IMT Ghaziabad, Amity University, Asian Business School, and Mount Carmel Business School.
Her experience also includes leading large-scale CSR and social impact initiatives in education, skilling, financial literacy, and women's empowerment with organisations such as Microsoft, Honda2Wheelers, Vodafone Foundation, Samsung, and Learning Links Foundation. Her time with American Express and global start-ups strengthened her ability to bring strategy and execution together.
